Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday. Orders will ship within 1-2 days after your purchase and can take 3-7 business days to arrive anywhere in the continental US. We ship utilizing USPS and UPS. If you have any special requests for shipping please contact us.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, unused kits/parts can be returned for a full refund minus original shipping and handling. Any defective unused tools or missing tools will be replaced at no cost.
Please note that returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be unused. We do not return used items, out of the original packaging. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the system prior to using it in the sand or snow. It's important to note that the buckles are designed to pull off for cleaning purposes and design tool usage. The buckles will also be interchangeable on future parts to be released. Do not over rotate your buckles and watch our videos or look at the original instructions to prevent damage to the buckles in the installation process and during use.
Returns should also be accompanied by the original receipt whenever possible.

• Your name and billing address.
• The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
• The original purchase price and date.
• The item number of the merchandise, if available.
