I saw you on Shark Tank! Are these the same kits from the show?

Yes! We are proud to have pitched our invention on Shark Tank. Since our appearance, we have refined our designs, upgraded our heavy-duty clips, included shovels and expanded our lineup to include specialized indoor kits, beginner bundles, and professional-grade sculpting tools.

What are your shipping rates within the United States?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.99 for any continental US orders, with a standard 2-3 days processing time before shipment. Keep an eye out for our rotating bundles and promotional shipping offers on the homepage!

Can Create A Castle be used with regular backyard sand or snow?

Absolutely! Our proprietary "stack and carve" system is engineered to work flawlessly with beach sand, backyard sandbox sand, and winter snow. The key is moisture: as long as your sand or snow can hold a shape when squeezed in your hand, our molds will create a perfect structure.

How does the "stack and carve" technology work?

Unlike traditional bucket molds that require you to pack sand upside down and hope it doesn't break the mold or the castle when you flip it, Create A Castle molds are packed right-side up. You fill the cylinder from the top, pack it down, and then undo our heavy-duty clips to split the mold apart laterally. This leaves your tower completely intact and ready for display!

Do I need special sand for the indoor kits?

Our indoor kits are optimized for our included specialized and included indoor play sand. There are two different types of indoor compound, our super stretch blend which is soft and stretch but needs to be bagged after play or our construction blend which is far less stretch but will never dry out if left out and a bit less stretchy and sticky. Both are super fun to play with!

Do you offer sandcastle building lessons?

Yes! We operate official sandcastle instruction programs, including our popular family adventure excursions in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and our Signature Collection partnership locations in the US Virgin Islands. Learn more about our Myrtle Beach lessons and USVI lessons.
