Thank you for shopping at Create A Castle! We are dedicated to delivering your sand and snow castle kits to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during peak summer or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Create A Castle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at info@createacastle.com.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we may need photos to process a replacement for you.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international countries. International shipping rates and delivery windows vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
